Funfetti Cookies

One of my favorite things to do on the weekend is bake and with summer time coming (and the Fourth of July) it’s the perfect time to (finally) turn on the oven. Cooking is definitely not one of my strong points in the kitchen but I love baking! My baking style is quick and easy, I love putting my own twist on easy cake box desserts, like adding Oreos to brownies or Rolos to chocolate chip cookies. This one is one of my favorites because cookies are so much easier to eat than cake so I love this recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 Box Pillsbury  Funfetti Cake & Cupcake Mix

1 tsp Baking powder

2 Eggs

1/2 C Vegetable oil

1/4 C Water

2 tbs brown sugar

1 carton Pillsbury Funfetti Vanilla Frosting

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, baking powder, eggs, oil, water and sugar.
  3. Using a spoon, form small 1 inch balls and place onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Lather the cookies with frosting 🙂
