Enchant Christmas Maze

Boyfriend and I love going to see Christmas lights! We drive around every year fantasizing about our future home and the crazy Christmas decor we plan to put up. So when we heard about Enchant Christmas, with the largest Christmas lights maze (in the world), we were so excited!

How it works:

You can purchase ticks online on their website. Tickets were $32 a piece, without the VIP package, $65 per person. The VIP package just includes a dinner, from what we could see it’s a tended BBQ buffet and not worth the $65.

You have to pick a time slot to enter, ours was between 5pm and 7pm. This doesn’t mean that you can only enjoy the maze for 2 hours, but you have to check in between the two your time slot. This is how they do crowd control. I really liked getting there right as it opened, at 5pm because we got to enjoy the place with the sunlight and it was less crowded.

What’s included:

Our standard tickets include entrance onto the grounds, which includes the maze, food trucks and eating area, Christmas market, and the ice skating rink.

The Maze: I was happily surprised by the maze. It’s extremely well done and the lighting from the lights is perfect for taking pictures. Most mazes, everyone is trying to get to the same point and it becomes a bottleneck, but the point of this maze is to find all of Santa’s Reindeer which are scattered around the maze. This eliminates the bottleneck and it’s fun to walk through the maze.

At the beginning of the maze you’re handed a scratch off card that includes each one of the Reindeer.

Every Reindeer you find, there are scratching coins to scratch off each Reindeer you find! They really did think of everything.

The Food-Trucks: I was happily surprised with the variety of the food trucks offered. Luckily, since boyfriend and I use to work downtown, we became very familiar with most of the food-trucks here and they are all really good! You can checkout the full listing here.

The Christmas Market: The Christmas market has some truly amazing things. If I knew they weren’t ridiculously overpriced, I’d want to buy everything. If you have money to splurge then I’d recommend this place, they have really cool wood carvings and other Christmas themed decor items.

The Skating Rink: Again, getting there early really pays off because we saw the line for the skating rink get crazy long! They don’t allow more than 25 people on the rink at one time, for safety, so the line gets long really quick!

Was it worth it: Hell yes! I hope they change it up every year because we’ll be coming back! The kids we saw absolutely loved it and even ad adults we thought it was very cool. It gets a little crowded but it’s still really cool!
