For the past 3 years I’ve decorated my February door with these falling hearts. They are here to stay because I’m still not sick of them! But I do add a couple new touches every year to keep things original.

This year, I added this red and white heart garland that I found for $3 a piece at Micheal’s! I added these around the topiaries to make them pop!

I also added a new doormat! There are so many great ones to choose from (I’ve linked some of my favorites below) but this one is versatile and can be used even outside of Valentine’s Day!
